How do I register my child?
We have a registration form that you can download, print off, fill in and hand into the office.
Can I enrol more than one child?
Yes you can, in fact lots of parents enrol two or even three children at our nursery, there’s no upper limit. Siblings can often help one another to settle in more quickly.
Can I enrol my twins?
Yes you can, we’re experienced at caring for twins.
Do you care for newborn babies?
Yes, our youngest ever client was just 7 days old.
My child has dietary requirements.
All enrolments involves an initial consultation, were one of our qualified staff with discuss your child’s specific dietary requirements.
My child has special needs.

Can I park outside your centre?
- Limited parking is are available.
- We cannot accept responsibility for cars parked, or damage done while parking.
- We ask parents/guardians to show consideration to our neighbours and observe local speed limits.
- Parents/Guardians must accompany their child into the centre.
How long have your staff worked at the centre?
The majority of staff have worked at Eivers Lane Child Care since its initial opening in November 2009.
Those who have joined since have been working here for at least one year.
Can I see the Food Menu?
Menus are available to all parents on request and are posted up outside each room.
We have a monthly menu which is different every day.
We cater for special dietary and cultural needs of all children.
What holidays does the centre close for?
- The centre closes for one week approximately at Christmas
- The centre closes for one week in August.
- We close for all Bank Holidays.
- We are open all other days throughout the year.
- A calendar of all closed days is posted in the main reception area and is available to all parents.
Do you have an open door policy?
Parents are welcome to call in at any time and we would especially welcome parents during the settling in period.
How often do the children play outside?
- All children have access to the outdoor play area daily regardless of weather conditions.
- The outdoor area consists of a covered canopy area, garden area and large playground.
- The canopy area is directly off the rooms so children have access to it throughout the day.
